I could just set the cameras to NTSC I suppose but I think if I did need to change back when shooting under artificial light I'd have to format the memory card - no idea why this should be the case. I imagine that this is better than altering the clip length as this would mean the audio would be out of sync? The clips are remaining the same length so I guess that frames are being added or taken away, depending on if I'm decreasing frame rate to 24 or increasing to 30. If that only happens once every 25 frames or so and/or it happens only when there isn't much movement in the scene, you might never notice, so you'd have to look at each individual frame to find out.Īlternatively are there any video editors for Android that export in 25fps?
If the frame count gets changed it means that some frames are either removed or doubled up. Is there anything wrong with exporting 25fps to either 24fps or 30fps and what should I be looking out for in terms of stuttery playback or the like? Both the frame count and the duration get changed. Nothing about the duration of the clip is changed, but the frame count gets changed.ģ. Nothing about the frame count is changed, but the duration of the clip gets changed.Ģ. I've tried both and can't say I've noticed any difference.ġ. If I edit video on my phone using cyberlink power director the only options I get to export are either 24fps or 30fps.
